The staff was exceedingly rude during our stay. We encountered an unwelcoming attitude right from check-in, which was shocking given our previous experiences here. It was embarrassing to recommend this hotel to friends who joined us, only to witness such poor treatment.

The spacious Deluxe King Room was beautifully decorated, offering a cozy vibe that made for a comfortable stay. The friendly staff, even in a busy environment, provided excellent service.
